Kaley Cuoco’s Baby Tildy Loves Ponies Just Like Her Mama & The Photo Is Adorable

Kaley Cuoco’s daughter Matilda “Tildy,” 8 months, inherited more from her than her precious smile and love of the Jonas Brothers. It turns out, she is a huge horse fan just like her mom!

The Based on a True Story star shared a picture of Tildy to her Instagram story today, featuring the baby smiling with her whole heart at a plush horse. Tildy’s eyes are crinkled from smiling so big at the brown-and-white lovey, and she is gripping it tightly with her tiny baby hands. Tildy is delighted with her little horse, and Cuoco is so proud.

“Keep lovin those ponies, girl!” she wrote over the picture, which also shows a rocking chair horse and a sheep toy in the background, set up next to Tildy’s crib. There’s 100% chance she will be an animal lover when she grows up.

Tildy’s feelings on horses seem to have evolved over the months. Back in April, Cuoco took her to meet her real-life horses Escarlata and Colorado. “Finally Tildy met her barn friends today!” the actress and equestrian wrote. She shared the then-3-week-old looking stoic and unsure as she meets these huge animals. At one point, a horse “tried to lick” Tildy, making her burst into tears. Poor girl!

She’s also got to meet goats, dogs, and other farm animals on the family’s rescue ranch. In an October 2023 interview with Entertainment Tonight, the Meet Cute actress said that her daughter “is obsessed [with animals].” She continued, “What a beautiful thing to raise a kid — she’s only six months — surrounded by animals 24/7.”

Cuoco continued, “She’s in her walker now. She doesn’t walk, she doesn’t even crawl, but she miraculously is in her walker, like, running around the house, so we laugh. We’re like, ‘Look out, everybody. You’re gonna lose a tail.’”

The animals don’t mind though. “But they love her, they kiss her. I mean, from week two, they were kissing her on the mouth,” The Flight Attendant star, who shares Tildy with Tom Pelphrey, added. “I was like, ‘Is this OK?’ And our pediatrician was like, ‘It’s totally fine.’”

“They’re kind of being raised together and it’s so beautiful and very natural, you know?” she said. And super cute, too!
