Kaley Cuoco shared a snap of some ‘cupping’ marks in a racy Instagram post on tuesday.

The Big Bang Theory actress, 37, took off her top, showing off a pretty pink bra for the picture and also showed off her giant moth tattoo which sits at the top of her back.

She captioned the image with the words: ‘I jumped on the cupping bandwagon and I liked it.’

Ouch, that looks painful: Kaley Cuoco shared a picture of her cupping marks on Instagram on Friday

Standing in a pair of grey jogging bottoms, the pretty blonde took a snap of her back in the mirror, capturing it on her mobile phone.

Cupping is favoured by the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Aniston and leaves the person with small, circular marks on their backs and shoulders.

The process dates back to Egyptian, Chinese, and Middle Eastern cultures and works by applying glass cups to the skin along the meridians of the body, creating suction as a way of stimulating the flow of energy.

Some techniques involve heated cups, which all-world swimmer Michael Phelps favors.

He even included footage of himself having the treatment in his promotional clip called Rule Yourself.

Meanwhile, Kaley’s large back tattoo was done to cover her old wedding date inking with the large new design following her marriage split from Ryan Sweeting.

The star branded her original ink a ‘mistake’ while sharing pictures of the new artwork on the same social media site.

She had three rows of large Roman numerals etched between her shoulder blades to mark her New Years Eve nuptials in 2013.

But now she admits it was a bad choice and previously thanked her tattoo artist for ‘helping me right my wrongs’.
