Kaley Cuoco Just Flaunts Her Killer Legs In A Barbiecore Minidress

 

“This is EVERYTHING 👏👏👏.” Kaley Cuoco made waves at the 2022 Emmy Awards last night, and not just because she made her red carpet debut with her new boyfriend. The actress, 37, donned a show-stopping, high-low, minidress that put her mega sculpted legs on full display.

 

Kaley works out hard and loves to fuel up on tuna and salmon.
Kaley Cuoco knows how to make a fashion statement, and she didn’t disappoint at last night’s Emmy Awards show. The Flight Attendant star turned up in a custom Dolce & Gabbana gown that showed off her seriously toned legs.

 


While Kaley only showed a snippet of the dress in her Instagram Stories, her stylist Brad Goreski posted a stunning shot on his Instagram account that’s simply all legs. Aaand people totally freaked out.

 

“Ballerina Barbie. #nailedit,” one wrote. “This is EVERYTHING 👏👏👏💗💓💗💓💗💓,” another said.Worth noting: Kaley also made her red carpet debut with her new boyfriend, Ozark star Tom Pelphrey, last night. He made a brief appearance in her Instagram Stories, BTW… Congrats to the happy couple!

 


Of course, Kaley has made it very clear that she doesn’t screw around in the fitness department. The star regularly shares pics and videos of her workouts with her trainer, Ryan Sorensen, on Instagram. And to say that Kaley champions her way through some super intense moves is an understatement.

 

Last year, Kaley shared a series of videos that showed her doing abs exercises with a medicine ball at 6:30 a.m., followed by a run on a treadmill. Kaley followed that up with single-leg squats, planks on a bench, bicycle crunches, and seated ab twists with a medicine ball. The whole time, Kaley jokingly griped about how much it sucked to be working out so early, and fair.Kaley has also shared snippets of herself doing medicine ball slams, as well as some impressive footwork on a platform.

 

Earlier this summer, Kaley shared a photo on Instagram of herself working out with a buddy (under Sorenson’s direction) while doing some core work with a foam roller.

 

Of course, Kaley fuels up with lots of healthy nutrients for those intense workouts. The actress told Women’s Health that she starts her day with coffee (an extra-hot oat milk latte), paired with a piece of sourdough toast slathered in peanut butter. She literally travels with PB and a toaster to make sure she can have her special breakfast.

 

Lunch usually involves tuna, whether it’s on a salad, wrap, or eaten with chips. “I’m, like, obsessed with tuna,” Kaley said.For a snack, she’ll have something light like a Luna bar, smoothie, rice cake, apple with peanut butter, or a pear, which is her “favorite fruit in the whole world.”

 

By the time dinner rolls around, she is big on grilled salmon with a baked potato and vegetables. “If I had to say what I eat most, it would be salmon,” Kaley said.
