The 37-year-old actress showed off her cheeky side by pulling back a baby pink dressing gown and baring one of her boobs for the pic.
Her friend, celebrity stylist Brad Goreski, managed to maintain her modesty with a strategically placed heart emoji covering her nipple.
Kaley is currently due to return to our screens as lovable but dim Penny for the Big Bang Theory’s 10th season at the end of September.
Following her divorce from Ryan Sweeting in May, Kaley has just gone public with her relationship with equestrian Karl Cook.
The 26-year-old is the son of businessman Scott Cook, with a wealth estimated at $2.6billion by Forbes, and fell for Kaley over their mutual love of horse riding.
Speaking to People Magazine about her new beau, she said: “When you share something so special, some sort of connection — for us, it’s horses, but anything two people share — you have that common goal and you know that you want the same things in life, day to day, and in the future.”
She added: “It just sets you on a better path. Having a lot in common is really important and we definitely have a lot in common. I think that that’s what makes us so strong and really happy.”
