Jennifer Love takes body break

Jennifer Love Hewitt is taking a break from social media for a while.The new  mom opened up about signing off of her social networks after welcoming her third child, baby boy Aidan.

I want this break to a be  form of  meditation so that I have have a perfect time with my baby and family.

It reasonable to say the break is would be a splendid opposite for my body .I expect my fans to always keep me in my and wish me well in mothering.

Jennifer took to her Instagram Stories over the weekend, telling fans she’ll be absent from the platform, and her others, as she takes time for her and her family.

“Today is my first day back in the sauna after being pregnant and having my baby. Two days ago was my first long bath since labor. Some things you can’t do till the doc says so and others you just stop taking time for,” she wrote. “But self care, moments to breathe and feel yourself again. Even in small ways. So important.”

She then revealed that she’s “starting at least a week maybe two away from social media tomm. I need to reset. I need to take my scrolling time and make it active time.

Workouts, breathing, manifesting, time with my kids and husband. All of it.”Embarking on workout that will try to keep the body back into shape and make me fitted in my outfits Childbirth journey was fantastic and after child birth comes with a whole lot of work and I an trying to be strong an keep pushing for my self ,career , family and baby.

Jennifer explained that social media “makes me feel bad sometimes,” causing her to feel “like I’m not enough. Doing enough. Getting my body back fast enough. Giving enough. All of it.”

“I only share this for that one person or maybe more today who need time. Just for them. And need to know it’s okay to take it. And in fact the taking of that time will make everything better. I promise. Sending love!”

Jennifer welcomed Aidan in September, and also shares daughter Autumn, and son, Atticus, with husband Brian Hallisay.
