monica bellucci in a half butt covered bikini dress…
Monica Bellucci’s latest Instagram update has been racking up some pretty impressive likes. The legendary model and actress’ sizzling post currently sits at over 270,000 likes – not bad for an Instagram account with 3 million followers. The 55-year-old Italian has long been known for her bombshell looks and sizzling body. Clearly, nothing’s changed despite the “Matrix” actress being well into middle age.
Monica updated her account ahead of the weekend to celebrate a new feature with L’official Italia. Fans were treated to a racy and stunning snap – check out the look below.
Meanwhile, many users opted down the emoji route, leaving long strings of fire, heart, and heart-eye emoji.
Fans appeared to have paid more attention to the image than the caption, though – Monica had gone to a lot of trouble with it, writing:

Monica more than falls under the umbrella of age-defying celebrities. Fellow youthful ladies in her age bracket include 53-year-old Oscar winner Halle Berry and 51-year-old “Friends” alum Jennifer Aniston.
For Monica, getting older is something she accepts, but an interview has seen the star reveal a fear of death. “I try not to worry about these things. I am scared about death because I have two children and I want to see them grow up. There is nothing you can do about getting older, you just have to deal with it. Before I had children I didn’t think about death and I didn’t really feel that I was aging,” she told Daily Mail back in 2012.
Monica has likewise spoken out about the digital editing of images – it’s not her jam. Speaking to Glass, Monica questioned whether retouching images actually detracts from the beauty attempting to be showcased.
“Of course, when there’s too much it’s not beautiful anymore. But things are changing right now … they all understand when retouching is too much. It’s like sometimes when you see publicity from 15 years ago, you see how now it’s completely different. The picture looks so old when it’s too retouched. Everybody understands that too much retouching takes the life out of the picture. You can’t recognize the faces anymore,” she said.
