Jennifer Love Hewitt looks back on her pregnancy experience and how she come through with it..

Jennifer Love Hewitt looked back on her pregnancy journey she described it as a wonderful experience and glad she went through it .She feels pregnancy journey is something every woman wishes to experience the pain, smile, struggle, cravings, e.t.c

Jennifer Love Hewitt—who was pregnant with her first child—said she’s definitely taking care of herself: “I’ve been doing yoga and some Pilates and working out with a trainer, doing cardio and weights and stuff so my arms were strong to hold baby,” she told *US Weekly. *”I’ve been working out, which I feel happy about.

That’s been a good thing—not something that I thought I’d be able to do because you just feel like you have to be careful with yourself, so that’s been great.”

And it looks like she’s using a specific product to help her stay healthy: an exercise ball!

*Jennifer Love says she always had one-hour workout session with a personal trainer, who had her lift weights and do squats with the help of an inflatable fitness ball. An exercise ball can be a great workout tool for anyone, but it’s especially good for pregnant women because it provides balance and stability and helps keep abdominal muscles strong (which is important in that whole giving-birth thing).

*Plus, after around the fourth month of pregnancy—as the baby gets bigger (and so does the uterus)—doctors recommend not doing as much on-the-floor exercises because they can put pressure on the vena cava, a huge vein that carries blood back to the heart. When there’s too much weight on that vein, mamas-to-be can can experience drops in blood pressure and reduced blood flow to the brain—and baby.

Of course, you don’t have to be pregnant to get body benefits from an exercise ball. Fitness trainer Josh Holland actually made a series of videos for TechnoGym using its Wellness Ball—a weighted-at-the-bottom fitness ball that’s known as “the Ferrari of exercise balls” (seriously, I tried it and it’s totally true)—to show how you can improve your posture (and tighten your core) with “active sitting” and even use it for some simple-but-effective exercises.

Do you ever use an exercise ball in your workout routines,it a good for every pregnant woman to have one.
I hope my journey was an inspiration to about to be mother’s. Always up in for exercise it strengthens your muscles and make you feel perplexed and relaxed
