Britney Spears straight-up stunned with her bikini gymnastics on Tuesday, taking to Instagram with a triple-set of handstand or yogi photos showing she’s 100% still got it at 38. The “Toxic” singer, fresh from clapping back at fans claiming her posts are old, swiftly resumed her stories activity with a reminder that her fitness is still a game-changer.
Britney, who vowed to do more “acro yoga” as her 2020 New Year’s Resolution, showed off steely strength, balance, and she threw in a snakeskin bikini for good measure. Check it out below.

Britney, who didn’t indicate when her photos were taken, opened with a perfectly-delivered handstand as she showcased ripped abs and toned legs while in a red sports bra and skimpy white shorts. The next photo took things outdoors – Britney might have her 26.2 million followers calling her backyard peasant blouse shots “old” and repetitive, but the singer is clearly wearing something else out there.
Alognside the bikini handstand, seen below, Spears also shared a super-complex upside-down yoga pose from her gym. Spears made headlines in April for admitting she “burned” her gym down.
Britney, a mom to 14-year-old Sean Preston and 13-year-old Jayden James and currently dating personal trainer Sam Asghari, has shown off the yoga moves this summer – on the beach. While she promised to deliver a “yoga move a day” in early stages of the pandemic – didn’t quite make it – the odd fitness displays have manifested on the star’s Instagram.

Britney then confirmed that the images are part of photography project: “Project Rose.” She also told fans they’d be getting more snaps from the project.
Britney has also confirmed being strongly-opposed to her father’s control as her legal battles rage on. Likewise, backing #FreeBritney, a movement now supported by celebrities including “Modern Family” star Ariel Winter and “Orange Is The New Black” face Ruby Rose.
