Reese Witherspoon looks happy as a clam in a recent Instagram where she flaunts her long, toned legs and strong arms while posing on a surfboard. Clearly someone is ready for the holiday weekend! The 46-year-old actress sported the festive blue gingham swimsuit from Draper James x Lands’ End. She captioned the photo: “If ‘vacation’ were a swimsuit 👙🍹🏄🏼♀️,” which is honestly super accurate. This has Fourth of July beach day written all over it.
“Like a princess in a swimsuit😍,” one fan commented, while another complimented her “Summer glow❤️😍.” Agreed. She looks incredible. (Though really, when does she not?!)

Although the challenge has a “choose your own adventure” aspect to it, Reese shared what one day looked like for her: She alternated walking at a 1 percent incline for three minutes at 3.5-4 miles per hour and running for two minutes at 5.5-6 miles per hour for 30 minutes, according to Shape.
She also emphasized to her followers the importance of stretching and recovery time by showing them her foam rolling technique. Reese also loves yoga! Her trainer said she enjoys headstands, handstands, and wall dogs, all of which increase healthy blood flow to her extremities, Pop Sugar reported.
Whether they are in a smoothie or raw on her plate, Reese loves her veggies. She makes sure to always have veggies on her dinner plate, according to Hello Magazine. She also shared her green smoothie recipe on Instagram, and tbh it looks realllllly good.
