She is best known for her 12-season long role as Penny on The Big Bang Theory.
And Kaley Cuoco is gearing up to return to the small screen as she filmed scenes for her new HBO Max show The Flight Attendant in New York City on Tuesday.
The actress, 34, went shoe-less for the evening, wrapping up in a long black cloak which she wore over a matching dress. The former 8 Simple Rules star also donned a pair of black gloves while she kept warm with a cup of coffee. Styling her blonde locks into an updo, Kaley carried her flat black shoes in her hand as she wore a pair of dark blue socks.
At one point, the star sported a pair of grey slippers as she chatted to a man on the pavement during the late-night scene.
The upcoming series is based on the New York Times best-selling novel of the same name by Chris Bohjalia, about a woman whose life changes in one night. Kaley plays a flight attendant named Cassie Bowden, who wakes up one morning after a night of drinking, hungover and laying next to a dead man, with no recollection of what happened.
The series also stars Rosie Perez, Nolan Gerald Funk, T.R. Knight, Zosia Mamet along with Kaley’s sister Briana Cuoco.
While The Flight Attendant will be her first live-action series back on the small screen after The Big Bang Theory, Kaley also lent her voice to the title character in the DC Universe streaming series Harley Quinn. The Harley Quinn series was picked up for a second season in October, before the first season debuted, though it is not known when it may premiere.
The actress serves as an executive producer on The Flight Attendant, and she optioned the rights to the novel upon starting her company Yes, Norman Productions in 2017.
Kaley also executive produces Harley Quinn, and she serves as an executive producer on the upcoming CBS pilot Pretty from creators/stars Lindsey Kraft and Santina Muha.
