The Flight Attendant star and executive producer Kaley Cuoco is a natural beauty on both the outside and the inside.
The Big Bang Theory alum has been working in film since the 1990s. While she rose to prominence as the hilarious Penny from the CBS sitcom, Kaley made her mark on Hollywood with other projects too.
Though she is hard at work and now a mother of one, sharing daughter Matilda with partner Tom Pelphrey, the Camarillo, California, native occasionally takes some time to relax at the beach, wearing her best bikinis and swimsuits, of course!
Kaley keeps fit thanks to her devotion to yoga. “Doing yoga five times a week has transformed my body,” she explained in a 2015 interview.
“I love being toned and having muscle; it’s so sexy and beautiful. And I owe it 100 percent to yoga. One morning, I’ll take the Hot Power Fusion class, which is an amazing calorie burner.
Or I’ll take a Yoga Sculpt class, where we wear three-pound weights during yoga moves. The sculpt classes include 20 seconds of mountain climbing or jumping jacks between the poses, so I get cardio too.”
Yet, Kaley insisted that her toned physical appearance wasn’t an overnight process.
“I’ve never worked so hard to look good for something in my entire career. But I didn’t starve or kill myself with exercise,” she said. “I went slowly, and it paid off.”
Kaley Cuoco, tweeted pictures of herself (along with hair-stylist pal Jen Atkin) on a boat trip covered in neon body paint that highlighted every curve of her banging bikini bod.
The 26-year-old Big Bang Theory star has been sharing her Caribbean holiday adventures in Anguilla with fans via Twitter, writing that she’s living it up “Last of the Mohicans-style.”
She certainly looks fit and fantastic in that floral two-piece, though…
We’re not sure if the Mohicans had bright blue suns painted on their midriffs or pink hearts on their faces, but we can’t help but wonder where they’d be if they had because dayum!
The girls’ vacation was obviously a welcomed break for the former 8 Simple Rules star, as she and ex-fiancé Josh “Lazie” Resnick quietly called it quits in early March.
We don’t know the deets, but we think Kaley would be a great catch for any guy!
She’s not only adorable, but her heart is pretty too—you know, the one inside—and has been quoted as saying, “I’m hoping one day to open my own shelter.
